What is Common Admission Test?
Common Admission Test (C.A.T) in two sessions across 147 centers in India. This exam tests the candidate on Quantitative Ability (QA), Reading Comprehension (RC), Data Interpretation (DI) and Logical Reasoning (LR) on the basis of which he/she will be eligible for MBA selections 2024. C.A.T is a national-level management entrance exam, conducted every year by the IIMs. C.A.T 2024 will be conducted by IIM Calcutta. The results are usually declared in the second week of January. Candidates who clear C.A.T will be eligible for selection to various management courses such as PGDM, Post Graduate Programmed (PGP), Post Graduate Programmed in Enterprise Management (PGPEM), Post Graduate Programmed in Business Management (PGPBM), Executive Post Graduate Programmer (EPGP), and Post Graduate Programmed for Executives (PGPEX) at the IIMs across the country. Apart from the 20 IIMs, C.A.T scores are widely used for selection to various B-schools across the country.
