Placements at SIBM Pune

Symbiosis Institute of Business Management Pune popularly known as SIBM Pune has released its placement report for the batch 2021-22 and there is 49.77% increase in the Highest CTC which stood at INR 45.5 LPA and the Average CTC stood at INR 23.06 LPA. Around 217 offers were made by 100+ recruiters among which 43 new recruiters participated in the placement drive. A total of 97 Pre-Placement Offers were received. Female students received an average CTC of INR 24.81 LPA, while male students received an average CTC of INR 22.31 LPA. The 2019-2021 batch has experienced a great placement drive. This year the highest ever CTC package was offered when compared to the last few years. More than 180 students participated in the placement drive. More than 100 companies visited the campus to make the placement offers to the students. These recruiters made a total of 192 placement offers. 35 new recruiters also participated. 66 Pre Placement offers were also made by the recruiters. The highest CTC of INR 30.38 LPA was offered to the students. The average CTC stood at INR 19.56 LPA. The average CTC of female students stood at INR 20.28 LPA and for the male students the average CTC stood at INR 19.22 LPA. 

The institute has completed its summer internship placements of batch 2024 and the institute received over 200 offers and over a 100 firms participated in the placement drive. The higehst stipend stood at INR 3 Lakhs whereas the Average Stipend stood at INR 1.91 Lakhs. Recruiters came from various sectors like Consulting, BFSI, Automobile etc. Top recruiters like Consulting & Strategy, Finance, General Management, Human Resources etc participated in the placement drive.

An OTP will be sent on the registered mobile number.
