PGDM via Management Quota / Profile-Based Admission — What’s Different?
While the regular route relies heavily on entrance exam scores + cutoffs, SPJIMR’s profile-based admission / management quota path allows selection based on:
- Academic consistency
- Work experience (if any)
- Projects, internships, leadership, extracurriculars
- Skills, certifications, achievements
- Interview performance
Even here, a valid CAT/GMAT score is required — SPJIMR accepts both for all PGDM aspirants. SPJIMR+1
Hence, management quota isn’t a “no-exam” entry — it’s more of a holistic evaluation path that gives weight to the overall profile.
