SNAP Test – Symbiosis National Aptitude Test is a national-level management entrance test conducted by Symbiosis International University Pune to confer MBA Admission to all Post Graduate Management Institutes affiliated to the university. This year, the authorities have moved away with the conventional pen-paper based exam and have introduced the exam in an online mode. Since the exam’s inception in the year 2007, this is the first time that it will be conducted in an online mode. SNAP Test Eligibility Criteria
Graduate from any recognized / statutory University with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST). Programmed which require specific discipline/ subject specialization need to be checked for eligibility as given by the respective Institute. A candidate who has completed the qualifying degree from any Foreign University must obtain an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). All foreign degrees/ qualifications need to be verified from AIU by the candidate before seeking admission to any programmed of SIU.
SNAP Test Application Process
Step 1: Fill in the Application form
Candidates willing to appear for SNAP Test need to first fill in the application form. Aspirants can apply on the official website of SNAP. The provision of offline application is not available.
Candidates need to register for SNAP and institutes offering his/ her choice of MBA program separately. The application fee for SAP is Rs 1750 (+ applicable Payment gateway charges, GST and any other taxes) while for each institute and for each program is Rs 1000 (+ applicable Payment gateway charges, GST and any other taxes).
To register for the programmed, candidates need to visit the individual institute’s website. To pay the registration fee for SNAP Test and programmed registration fee for each institute, candidates can choose to apply through the following modes: SNAP Test – Symbiosis National Aptitude Test

Step 2: Download SNAP Test Admit Card
Candidates appearing for SNAP 2022 can download their respective admit cards from the official website. The admit card can be downloaded by entering the candidate’s SNAP ID and password. Once the candidate prints the admit card, he/she needs to paste latest passport size, color photograph is pasted on the Admit Card at the place provided for before appearing for the test. Step 3: Appear for SNAP Test
SNAP is conducted in an offline mode wherein test-takers will be allotted 120 minutes to solve exam carrying 150 marks. Candidates will be assessed on General English, Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency, General Awareness, and Analytical & Logical Reasoning. Step 4: Check SNAP Test Result
Test-takers can expect SNAP 2022 result within a month from the date of examination. The scorecards will be available on the official website. Candidates can download their result by providing their respective SNAP ID and password.
Step 5: GD-PI-WAT
The final merit list for admission to the various MBA programs offered by SIU will be based on Group Exercise (GE), Personal Interaction (PI) and Writing Ability Test (WAT). SNAP test score out of 150 will scale down to 50. Candidates who secure their names in the final merit list will be further called for admission to an institute of their preference.They can check the respective institute website for information and dates of GE-PI-WAT.
