NRI Quota Seats 

The MDI College provides some seats for NRI. The students who fail the exam or some NRIs students who somehow forget or missed the registration forms can apply for the MDI NRI Quota.

The NRIs students can only apply for the NRI seats and the fees of the NRI are much higher than the fees of other students.

How to get Admission to MDI Gurgaon? 

🎯 1. Eligibility Requirements

  • Class X & XII: Minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA
  • Bachelor’s degree: At least 3 years duration (4 years for PGDM‑IB), with 50% aggregate from a recognized university
  • Final-year students may apply if they complete their degree by June 30, 2025, and submit passing proof by October 31, 2025
  • PGDM‑IB applicants need minimum 1 year of full‑time work experience (on or before January 31, 2025)—3‑year grads aren’t eligible

🗓️ 2. Entrance Exam

  • Indian nationals must have a valid CAT 2024 score (CAT 2025 will not be accepted for 2025‑27 admission)
  • NRI/foreign applicants may apply using a valid GMAT score

  • Online application window: September 25, 2024 – November 22, 2024 (by 5 PM IST)
  • Application fees:
    • ₹3,000 (Indian candidates)
    • ₹3,590 if applying to both MDI Gurgaon & MDI Murshidabad
    • ₹8,496 for NRI/foreign/Gulf‑quota applicants

  • Shortlisting for WAT‑GD‑PI is based on CAT score and application profile (academics, work experience, diversity, etc.)
  • Selection weighting:
    • For PGDM, HRM, BA: CAT score carries heavy weight; other factors contribute moderately
    • For PGDM‑IB: CAT + ≥1 year work experience mandatory, with additional considerations

🗓️ 5. WAT, GD & PI Rounds

  • Conducted between February and April 2025, usually in cities like Gurugram, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Mumbai (other centers may be tentative)
  • WAT/GD themes often revolve around current affairs and business topics; PI includes both profile-based and behavioral questions
