IIM Jammu MBA and MBA (HA&HM) Admission 2026

Admission Stage	Description
CAT Registration	Interested candidates will have to fill the CAT application form and apply to IIM Jammu in the same form.
CAT Exam	The applicants will have to appear for the CAT exam.
Shortlist for PI	The candidates will be shortlisted for the Personal Interview based on their CAT percentiles.
Personal Interview	The personal interview will be conducted through CAP, which will be coordinated by IIM Bodh Gaya this year.
SAP	An additional admission process conducted by IIM Jammu for candidates who met the IIM Jammu PI shortlisting criteria but did not meet the CAP 2025 cut-off criteria
Merit List	The final merit list will be prepared based on CAT, PI, and profile scores.

IIM Jammu MBA selection is based on two stages. One is shortlisting the candidates for personal interview based on the minimum cut-off, and the other stage is the preparation of the final merit list.

IIM Jammu MBA Selection Criteria: PI Shortlisting

There are two criteria based on which the students are shortlisted for the personal interview. One is the CAP cut-off, and the other is the SAP cut-off. The candidates scoring above the minimum cut-off in CAP or SAP will be shortlisted for the personal interview.

IIM Jammu EMBA Selection Criteria

The EMBA applicants are shortlisted for the personal interview based on their scores in the CAT/ GMAT/ GRE/ IIM Jammu Admission Test (IIMJAT) and their academic profile.
The shortlisted candidates have to appear for the personal interview round.
Then the final merit list is prepared based on the composite score, which is calculated based on the factors like the test scores, academic profile, gender diversity and performance in the personal interview.

IIM Jammu Dual Degree Admission 2026

IIT Jammu and IIM Jammu have collaborated to provide a dual degree (BTech + MBA) program, which is a 6-year degree program. Students of the dual degree program will be accommodated at IIT Jammu hostel during the B.Tech and IIM Jammu hostel during the MBA program.

IIM Jammu Dual Degree Eligibility

The eligibility for the dual degree program will be as per the JEE (Main) and JEE (Advanced) in terms of age limit, qualifying examinations, and year of appearance in the qualifying examination.

IIM Jammu Dual Degree Selection Process

Admission to the integrated dual degree program will be based on the JEE (Advanced) results. Once admitted, they will be able to complete both B.Tech. and MBA degrees without appearing for CAT, provided they secure a 7 CGPA or above in the B.Tech.

IIM Jammu IPM Admission 2026

The candidates who have passed 10+2 with 60% marks are eligible forIPM Admission 2026. The IPM admission process includes the following stages:

The candidates who have a Master’s degree/ Integrated Masters degree with 60% marks OR a Professional Qualification like CA, ICWA, CS with 50% marks, OR a 4-year bachelor’s degree with 6.5 CGPA, are eligible to apply for the PhD or PhD working professional.
