NMAT (Narsee Monjee Aptitude Test)
Till 2014, NMIMS Mumbai conducted NMAT for admission to its flagship MBA programmed. In March 2015, Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), the owner of GMAT exam acquired NMAT exam and changed the name of NMAT to NMAT by GMAC. Since then NMAT which used to be the entrance exam only for admission to flagship MBA programmed at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), is known by NMAT by GMAC and is the MBA entrance test for 19 other MBA/PGDM institutes apart from NMIMS.
NMAT by GMAC is usually conducted in October and November for 75 days, allows 3 attempts to a taker with a condition of 15 days between two attempts. The results would be announced separately after 15 days after taking the exam.
