Management Aptitude Test (M.A.T) is a standardised test being administered since 1988 to facilitate Business Schools (colleges) to screen candidates for entry to M.B.A and allied programmes. Govt. of India, Ministry of HRD approved M.A.T as a national level test in 2003. December M.A.T 2022 Eligibility
To appear in M.A.T exam, you must have obtained recognized bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration or equivalent in any discipline. Those studying in their final graduation year may also apply.
AIMA also does not restrict any candidate to seek M.B.A entry and appear in M.A.T on the basis of age bar.

MAT Feb 2022: Feb 2022 MAT registrations starts, candidates can apply online, The Covid 19 pandemic and the current situation prompted AIMA to conduct MAT (Management Aptitude Test) as an internet based online MAT test via remote proctoring. MAT May 2021 in “Remote Proctored Internet Based Test (IBT)” mode is an ‘Anytime-Anywhere’ option that has given students the opportunity to take this test without having to even move out of homes

Top B-schools Accepting M.A.T Scores
M.A.T is conducted in the months of February, May, September, and December. A candidate can take the exam each time it is conducted. According to trends, the maximum number of participating colleges is for the M.A.T February and M.A.T December exams.
The total marks of M.A.T are 800. The exam has five sections with 40 questions each, totalling it to 200. There are four marks for each correct answer and ¼ negative marking scheme.

Is it worth doing an M.B.A through the M.A.T?
M.A.T is one of the four National Level Management Admission Tests. It’s score is accepted by many reputed colleges across the country.
