XIM University Bhubaneswar has opened MBA admission 2024 at its Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB), the flagship MBA college of University and its other affiliated MBA colleges. XIM University Bhubaneswar is a highly ranked and high RoI University. XIM has opened application process for MBA Admission 2024 and will accept CAT, XAT, GMAT score and will also conduct its own admission test XGMT.

XIMB MBA Admission Eligibility Criteria 2024


In order to meet the XIMB MBA eligibility criteria, an applicant must possess a strong and consistent academic background. The academic qualification, exam accepted and other details about XIMB MBA Eligibility criteria are as given below:

  • The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree of minimum three-year duration, with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
  • Candidates who expect to complete the final part of their degree examinations by June 15, 2024, can also apply. Offers of admission to such candidates, if made, will be provisional and will be automatically cancelled in the event of their failure to complete all the requirements for obtaining the degree before June 15, 2024
  • The applicant should have appeared in CAT 2023, XAT 2024, or GMAT (Taken between January 1, 2022, and December 31, 2023) exam and must have scored the minimum prescribed sectional and total scores to become eligible for the interview stage of the admission process.
  • Applicants opting for XAT/CAT are required to refer to the respective XAT/ CAT advertisements in newspapers and follow the instructions therein. Applying for XAT or CAT or GMAT or NMAT is a prerequisite for applying to XIM University, Bhubaneswar.
  • NMAT by GMAC 2023 scores are accepted for MBA-HRM, MBA-RM, MBA-SM, and MBA-UMG programs.
  • Work experience is not mandatory for MBA program(s). Relevant work experience after graduation will be an advantage. However, the candidates need to have 3 plus years of relevant work experience after graduation, for the Executive MBA Program.

Step by Step XIMB MBA Application Process

Step 1:Fill up the “Login Details” to create and receive by email a unique XU ID/Login ID and Password for applying to XIM University.
Step 2:Login with your XU ID/ Login ID and Password. Fill up the Personal Details, Academic Details, Professional Details, choose the program/s you want to apply for and the respective test option/s, upload your photo & signature and Submit. Keep ready the scanned/digital images of your photo/signature in JPEG format, in advance. The dimensions of photo may be of about 200×250 pixels, and the signature may be of about 250×125 pixels, both images within 50 kb each in size.
Step 3:Pay the application fee through the Payment Gateway Application fee is Rs.1700/- for the first option, and Rs.400/- each for the subsequent options. Use single form for applying for multiple programs and/or through multiple tests
